Little Saigon Grand Opening

With its grand opening just yesterday, it’s far too early to write a full review of Little Saigon. What follows are pictures of Jackson’s second Vietnamese restaurant and the first to feature a selection of banh mis.

#6 Special combo
The banh mi dac biet with three cold cut meats

#16 Vietnamese large steamed dumpling (banh bao)
with an egg, pork, and lap cheong filling

#8 Pho Dac Biet
Complete with tai (eye round steak), nam (well done flank), gau (brisket), sach (tendon), and bo vien (tripe)

Opening day finished with smoothies (sinh to).
Bo (avocado) on the left and mit (jackfruit) on the right, they may have been out tapioca pearls but there was plenty of fruit.

I’ll be back in a few weeks for a full review but I couldn’t resist taking a few pictures from Little Saigon’s opening day.

I am a waiter here and would just like to say if you come back you should try the sushi. Many customers swear it is the best in town.
